The origin of the project
Royal Pop Lock was born from a simple observation: the bioceramic 2026 collection is exceptional, but its native form limits everyday wear. We developed the Octagon Kit to open a new use case: wearing this mechanical piece on the wrist, in a steel housing worthy of its horological DNA.
Our approach
We don't manufacture watches. We manufacture extensions — craft accessories that extend and redefine the original object without compromising its design. Every Octagon Kit is:
- Engineered in 316L surgical-grade stainless steel
- Multi-layer industrial PVD finish
- Unit-tested before shipment
- Sold direct, no intermediaries
The pre-order model
We work in limited series with no overstock. This allows us to:
- Maintain low prices (€49 launch vs. ~€200 for comparable kits)
- Reinvest in quality rather than dormant inventory
- Be transparent about timelines and process

Independence
Royal Pop Lock is an independent third-party brand. Our products are accessories for horological personalization. We have no commercial, capital, or contractual relationship with the watch manufacturers our kits may be compatible with.
