Terms of Service

Article 1 — Object

These Terms govern sales concluded on royalpoplock.com ("the Shop") operated by [TO COMPLETE: Trading name, Legal form, Address, Business registration number] ("the Seller"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the customer.

Article 2 — Products

The Shop offers horological personalization accessories: wrist conversion kits, replacement straps, screen protectors. Products are neither manufactured nor affiliated with the watch brands they may be compatible with. Photographs are illustrative and non-contractual.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. International customers see prices automatically converted to their local currency at checkout via Shopify Payments. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at order validation.

Launch pricing: The Seller may offer temporary promotional prices (notably for pre-orders). Validity periods are indicated on each product page. Return to retail price is automatic upon expiration.

Article 4 — PRE-ORDER — Specific provisions

Some products are offered on pre-order. The customer is expressly informed that:

  • Payment is collected at order to lock the unit in the production run
  • Shipping happens approximately 20 days after our supplier ships the production batch
  • In case of supplier delays beyond our control, the delay may be extended up to 60 days maximum. Beyond that, the customer may request a full refund
  • The customer may cancel and obtain a full refund anytime before shipment
  • The legal 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumer law, art. L221-18 French Consumer Code) runs from physical reception of the product

Article 5 — Order

The order is validated upon payment acceptance. A confirmation email recaps items, total price, and delivery address.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment via credit/debit card through Shopify Payments/Stripe or via PayPal. All transactions are SSL-secured. The Seller never stores payment data.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14 calendar day period from product reception to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty. See Refund Policy.

Article 9 — Warranties

All products benefit from the legal 2-year conformity warranty (EU consumer law) and the warranty against hidden defects (French Civil Code). The optional Premium 24-month warranty supplements without replacing them.

Article 11 — Intellectual property

Products offered are independent third-party accessories. No commercial, capital, or contractual relationship exists with the watch manufacturers our kits may be compatible with. All third-party brands mentioned for informational purposes remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Article 12 — Applicable law

French law. In case of dispute, the customer may recourse to consumer mediation or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
