Shipping timeline

Pre-order purchases

Pre-orders ship approximately 20 days after our supplier ships the production batch. You'll be notified by email at each step:

  1. Order confirmed (immediate email)
  2. In preparation (when stock is received)
  3. Shipped (with tracking number)
  4. Delivered (carrier notification)

In case of supplier delay, the timeline may extend up to 60 days maximum. Beyond that, full refund on request.

Standard orders (in-stock)

Once main stock is received, orders ship within 2-3 business days:

  • France: 3-5 business days (Colissimo / Mondial Relay)
  • European Union: 5-10 business days
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway: 5-10 business days
  • US, Canada: 7-14 business days (DHL / FedEx)
  • Rest of world: 10-20 business days

Order tracking

A tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch. You can also check status by replying to your confirmation email.

Delivery issues

For abnormal delays or lost packages, email contact.rplock@gmail.com. We open a carrier investigation within 48 hours. If confirmed lost, we send a free replacement or process full refund.

Damaged on arrival

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Refuse the package if possible, or note reservations on the carrier slip
  2. Photograph packaging and product immediately
  3. Email contact.rplock@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos

Replacement will be shipped as soon as possible.

Incorrect address

If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us immediately. Modification is possible before shipment. Reshipment due to address error is at customer's expense.

Customs and duties (outside EU)

For non-EU destinations, local customs duties and taxes may apply on arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.

For US customers: Orders under $800 are duty-free under current US customs regulations (Section 321 de minimis exemption).

For UK customers: Orders over £135 are subject to VAT.
