14-day right of withdrawal

Pursuant to articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (and equivalent EU consumer law), you have 14 calendar days from product reception to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

Special case: pre-order purchases

For pre-orders, the 14-day withdrawal period runs from physical reception of the product, not from order date. You may also cancel your pre-order and obtain a full refund at any time before shipment, by simple request to contact.rplock@gmail.com.

How to return your order

  1. Email contact.rplock@gmail.com with your order number and optional reason
  2. You'll receive a return address and RMA number within 48 hours
  3. Ship the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within 14 days after RMA confirmation
  4. Return shipping is at the customer's expense

Refund conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, unused, without scratches or signs of use
  • Digital products (Premium Warranty activated) are not refundable once the order has shipped
  • Products visibly damaged by the customer (impacts, immersion, alterations) cannot be refunded

Refund timing

Refund processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, on the original payment method. The refund includes product price plus initial shipping costs (except premium shipping upgrades chosen by the customer).

Legal conformity warranty

All our products benefit from the 2-year legal conformity warranty (EU consumer law). In case of conformity defect within this period, the customer may request repair, replacement, or full refund.

Warranty against hidden defects

All our products also benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects (French Civil Code), allowing the customer to obtain rescission of the sale or price reduction.
